• Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office

Tyre Fitters Key Tasks

• Tyre repairs / replacements
• Light Mechanical duties including supporting the qualified mechanics
• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive tasks including brakes, alignments, suspension and servicing
• Vehicle Inspections

Skills
• No real experience necessary as all training will be provided
• Previous experience of working as a tyre technician would be a great advantage. However enthusiasm and the determination to succeed is more important to us.

Key Tasks 

• Answering telephones
• Dealing with customer requests and bookings
• Organising schedules for Depot
• Administration tasks 
• Implementing the RPM procedures (12 Steps)

Skills

• First point of contact for New Customers entering the Depot.
• Execution of the RPM procedures (12 steps)
• Ensuring all POS materials (marketing/H&S) are up to date and relevant within your Depot
• Promoting sales and profits of all products and services offered at assigned depots.
• Offering our customers options that are tailored specifically to their vehicle needs
• Coordinate vehicle inspections with mechanics and customers.
• Handle customer complaints and comebacks.
• Working with the Depot Manager maintaining inventory control and coordinating the availability of repair parts.
• Communicate all system changes and upgrades to the depot team
• Communicating with Head Office on a daily basis informing them of any issues.
