When I filled in the form I wrote down to do what was needed but in fairness I was still given a phone call to discuss the price of the tyres and discs and make sure I was happy with everything. Fantastic service the mechanic did my car was very nice and explained what he had done when he brought the car back out. Claire who works the reception was a pleasure to deal with very friendly and helpful. The car was ready in the time frame given. Perfect service would recommend"
