So knowledgeable, helpful, patient, polite and good-humoured. They tested the vehicle, got it started, and ultimately told me that it had an electrical problem that was also a potential safety hazard, and forwarded the information to the rental company so that it could be documented. They then were kind enough to follow me about 3 km in their van, as I drove my dodgy rental car in the dark back to my BnB, to make certain that I got there alright. Best service ever!"
