He supplied my requested tyres at an online price, they arrived when he said they would and with the help of his technicians...he fitted them exactly as he promised. My fancy alloys were treated surgically, balanced perfectly with new valves and refitted in the same positions on the car they were originally. I was stunned at how great a service was provided and in EVERY way. The 5 star scores Ed receives are positively deserved....it would be 6 stars if possible. Update: August 6th 2022. Hi guys....another visit to Ed at Hamills almost 2 months ago in June 2022 with my brother who needed 4 new tyres for his Skoda Octavia. Again....best price for the top passenger car tyre available on the market today. All 4 were supplied and fitted at the time promised and at the lowest price. He has since been to France with the car and raved about how good it felt to drive with top end tyres fitted by professionals....proof of a 5 star business with a consistent 5 star service. Why would you even look elsewhere? Hamills Tyres Mullingar....just contact them and see for yourself....a sublime service all round and the benchmark in a VERY important business. Being 21" size, the rims come in quite expensive so I needed professional help to fit new tyres professionally. No doubt that was provided AGAIN in the usual 5 Star way by Ed and his technicians. I left after less than an hour with the wheels immaculately treated and my beloved car driving like new; all perfectly balanced, steering centred and silent on the road. Hi all, I was back with Hamills again in early April 2025 for 4 new tyres; they were needed in a hurry due to a compromised front tyre. Being an unusual larger size and low profile, the tyres I wanted had to be ordered so when I rang Mandy at 5:55pm on Mon 7th April she could tell me that they would be in by 4pm on Wednesday 9th! True to her word....I got a call at 3:25pm on the 9th from her to say the tyres had just landed. Unfortunately I hadnt time to call so fitment the next morning at 9am was not a problem for Hamills. I arrived the next morning and my car was done almost immediately with the usual immaculate service...treating my precious alloys like glass and when I got my car back less than an hour later it was simply spotless and PERFECT. The steering, balance and tyres felt like a new car when driven with the steering wheel dead centre AGAIN. As I have said before, these guys are 5 star all the way. 2 weeks later and all is still perfect so if you need tyres these guys are simply fantastic in every single way. 4 times out of 4 now I have been blown away by Hamills.
