The customer is always right – and so is Nikki’s sales strategy!

The customer is always right, and so too is First Stop marketing manager Nikki McCluney, whose innovative e-commerce sales strategy has been acknowledged with a prestigious European accolade.

Nikki has been honoured with a Bridgestone European Network Retail Award in the Customer Centricity category for her exceptional contributions to E-Commerce engagement and sales conversion growth.

A 39% increase in online transactions was achieved compared to 2022, along with an elevated conversion rate of 3.56% compared to 2.60% last year. Nikki played an instrumental role in both, while also helping to secure a 99% increase in non-tyre bookings and a 17% increase in tyre sales.
