"Good repair, but watch out for the TPMS reset process! I brought my car here with a TPMS light problem, now I understand why, previous garages didn't follow the correct process either. The staff were friendly, a puncture discovered and repaired the TPMS batteries were checked all in good order then the manual TPMS reset button in the glovebox was reset. The warning light went out, and I thought everything was sorted on collection. However, because the car wasn't taken for a brief calibration drive afterward, the system didn't finish learning the new tyre pressure baseline. On the morning of my NCT, the tester cycled the ignition, the incomplete calibration triggered the fault light to reappear, and the car failed the test. For indirect TPMS systems (the ones with a physical reset button), pressing the button only starts the reset process. The car must be driven for 10–15 minutes straight away to finish calibrating. Or every single time the car is started afterward, it defaults right back into error mode. I’m leaving this review as constructive feedback for the shop so technicians know to advise customers to take the car for a spin immediately after a reset. For future customers: if you get a puncture reset here, make sure to take your car on a 15-minute drive right away so you don't get caught out at your NCT! In the end I resolved the problem myself."
