"Had to take callout, was stopped on M18, I do Understand it's a call out and cost, asked girl over the phone about price she said call out is €55 plus whatever Labour, (i got Plug inserted "rope" and pumped up) about 2 min. Of job. (Usually across ireland price very of €10-€15) I was charged €90, in my opinion is a Little overcharge, if call out is €55 whole lot should be o more then €70, I'm ok to pay €90 if I am told that over the phone. Other issue is over the phone I was told of waiting time up to hour (but they try early as possible) however waiting time was 1h30min. Whole point if this is, that I was stopped 1.7km from other tyre center where I was quoted €85 for new tyre. So I could just drive on flat, get new tyre, save around 1 hour of my time and €5😅"

"I went to Mid West tyres last year, as I thought tyres might have to be replaced due to minor damage on the edge. I was told the tyres are safe to drive. Went there today to have all 4 tyres replaced as my NCT is due. Advised only to replace the front tyres as the rear were still in great condition. Staff more than helpful and accommodating. Tyres changed in less than an hour and the price was more than fair, cheaper than most garages in Limerick. Go there, you won't regret it. Lads got themselves a returning customer.👌🏻"

"I had been there to fix my car's punctred tyre. I found no hassles on this Monday morning but just a bit of waiting. It's a spacious campus, ample car parking space. It was completed in minutes, was charged €10 that I found very reasonable."
