"Been this morning for a wheel alignment/tracking and I was highly impressed by the exceptional level of customer service and professionalism shown by all the members of the team @Healy, from the front desk to the operations. A special mention and recognition to Ollie there 👌. He swiftly identified that one of my front tyres was wrongly installed by another garage, confirming my consent before rectifying and then proceeding with the alignment. Was there first thing this morning and it took less than an hour and a half to get everything sorted, while I was confortably waiting in the lounge. The place was buzzing with customers coming and going, being properly dealt with and looked after.
