"I had a great experience here today. John figured out what was wrong with my car horn, which hadn't been sounding, spent at least 45 minutes fixing it, explained the issue clearly to me and generously didn't even charge me for his time because he couldn't be certain how long the fix would last. (A replacement part might be needed, in which case I can go back to him and he'll price it, order it and install it.) Very pleased with the service I got and would absolutely recommend this place."
