"Brand new tyres fitted, wheels balanced and alignment performed well. The tyres I originally ordered were not available but I received an excellent branded alternative and some expert advice. Unlike other places, I did not feel pressured to buy premium tyres or cheap Chinese tyres/partly worn tyres, and did not feel overcharged for the product & service. I totally recommend First Stop, Drogheda and will probably choose them for my next car service. Small tip: for some odd reason, some tyre fitters and mechanics like to overpressurise tyres (my new ones were 38 PSI and hard like a rock after leaving the garage). If you get an error/red light in the dashboard after having tyres fitted or repaired, do not ignore it. Wait a day or two max for the tyres to seal well, go to the next fuel station, check the pressure and reset the TP light (read your manual). Beware that not all cars have a tyre pressure sensor so you should still check the tyre pressure if you do not get an error. You thus avoid being pushed into changing other parts without need. If your tyres are overpressurised and hard, they will wear unevenly, have lack of road grip, cause damage to rubber bushings, ball joints and shock absorber parts, etc.. ;)"
