FIRST STOP - Dessie's Tyres (Little Island) customer reviews
"Good service today getting a puncture repaired. Had to wait over an hour as they were busy but staff were apologetic and issue was resolved."
"Outstanding service from the team at Dessie's Tyres, Little Island. On Monday, I brought in my son's Ford Fiesta after fitting two new front tyres to have the wheel alignment checked. The team carried out the inspection, confirmed the tracking was well out, explained the issue clearly, and quickly adjusted it. They were friendly, professional and efficient throughout, and it gave us peace of mind knowing the new tyres would wear evenly. On Tuesday, I decided to bring in my own Toyota Prius to have the tracking checked as well. Once again, the team took the time to inspect the car thoroughly. This time, they told me the tracking was already perfect and that no adjustment was needed. What impressed me most was their honesty. They could easily have carried out unnecessary work and charged me, but instead they simply told me everything was fine and didn't charge me a cent. That level of integrity is becoming increasingly rare and deserves to be recognised. If you're looking for tyre fitting, wheel alignment or honest, professional advice, I would have no hesitation in recommending Dessie's Tyres in Little Island. Many thanks to the whole team for two excellent experiences in the same week."
"Fantastic service this morning. Was in their Little Island branch. Rang them with a tyre issue. Told me come straight over. I was in and out in no time. Really got me out of a fix. Friendly staff and competitive with their prices. Great experience all round. Highly recommend"
