The team carried out the inspection, confirmed the tracking was well out, explained the issue clearly, and quickly adjusted it. They were friendly, professional and efficient throughout, and it gave us peace of mind knowing the new tyres would wear evenly. On Tuesday, I decided to bring in my own Toyota Prius to have the tracking checked as well. Once again, the team took the time to inspect the car thoroughly. This time, they told me the tracking was already perfect and that no adjustment was needed. What impressed me most was their honesty. They could easily have carried out unnecessary work and charged me, but instead they simply told me everything was fine and didn't charge me a cent. That level of integrity is becoming increasingly rare and deserves to be recognised.
