"Well one of our drivers found himself up Bantry bay without a paddle..!! Stranded until I could get a replacement van down from Dublin. Sent the driver on his way which left me searching high and low for some help, rang numerous local mechanics without joy. Dropped by Bantry Tyre Centre, explained my predicament and was met with the most genuine, human response I've encountered in a long while. Helen & Ger rang around more mechanics in the area on my behalf to see if anyone could help. Although being extremely busy they gave me lots of their time, the lovely Helen loaned me her car to get to the motor factors to get a part, they then squeezed me in for a few minutes on their ramp with Donie to try and get a patch job done so I could get back to Dublin. Mission complete, nursed the van back 3 1/2 hour's, it wouldn't have been possible without these guy's. Fantastic people, who go above and beyond to help, I can see why they are so busy, but they are very efficient too, there were cars going in and out like a pit lane in Formula 1.
