"Been a customer for years and meaning to leave this review for a while...Honestly, great customer service. First experience was Banks fixing a balancing problem with new tyres they did not fit. No fuss, just did it. I once broke down on the Lower Glanmire Road with a tyre sidewall gone, no spare, on way to family funeral. Mobile unit there in about 20 mins and new tyre on in minutes. More recently they did the tracking on my car but could not complete due to issue with the car. I was only charged for a report. And the reason I'm leaving this review is, today they will be fixing a flat for free, while new tyres on order. Hard to beat all that, along with sound advice, good value and excellent work."
